About LivFit

LivFit is the result of my own fitness journey,  continuing study and desire to help others.

For me, living fit isn’t just about exercise, tt encompasses good, balanced nutrition and mental well-being too.

Living fit shouldn’t be a chore, it should be an enjoyable, normal part of our lives.

Group exercises classes are a fun way to live fit, and Piyo Live is my favorite format to teach. It is totally accessible to anyone, of any age or ability, as it works the body without impact.

Alongside the various classes I teach, I also offer

  • Personal Training which provides more focused approach to getting fit
  • Sports Massage Therapy which helps with both prevention and recovery from injury
  • Nutrition advice to maximise your results
  • Nutrition coaching using a specific system designed by Autumn Calabrese
