LivFit is the result of my own fitness journey, continuing study and desire to help others.
For me, living fit isn’t just about exercise, tt encompasses good, balanced nutrition and mental well-being too.
Living fit shouldn’t be a chore, it should be an enjoyable, normal part of our lives.
Group exercises classes are a fun way to live fit, and Piyo Live is my favorite format to teach. It is totally accessible to anyone, of any age or ability, as it works the body without impact.
