Transform is an exciting new step based class that combines cardio and bodyweight strength-training moves for a full body workout in just 30 minutes
This is not the step class your Mum took, the class is music-driven and the moves are predesigned to follow the beat; but participants are welcome to go at their own pace so you finish the class feeling accomplished and ready to take on your day.
