Want to spend a bit more time working out? Hour long 1-2-1 sessions are £40 and discount will be given to those that buy three or more sessions in a block.

Want to train with a friend? That’s great and having someone else on board will help both of you stick to to your goals and you will have someone else to cheer you on when we are pushing out those last few reps. Two to one training packages start at £50 per hour and again, discount will apply to those purchasing three or more sessions in a block.

For those that aren't local to me or cannot get to the gym but still want to make a start on their journey, I have a great virtual coaching group that offers you support and access to a streaming platform with over 700 workouts. Prices start from £39 for three months or £99 for a year for the basic access, special packs that include a months supply of nutritionally dense superfoods start at £160.

But it’s not just about exercise, it’s about feeding your body right too. I will help you to understand more about what you eat, and if needed, advice on how you can improve on what you eat. It’s not necessarily about eating less, but about eating well.  I use a simple  nutrition system and would love to mentor you through a course, prices start at £110 for the course which includes all materials and online video access.
